Hero Squad is first and foremost a raiding guild. We are a guild made up of mature players who’s primary goal is PVE progression. Our main raid times are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8pm – midnight EST. First and foremost, we are looking for players that we get along with. During our raids we work hard, but at the same time try to stay relaxed and fun. To many of us, we find fun through success, and consequently, expect 100% focus during boss fights. We look for players who understand their class and play it well, while also being able to keep track of changes to the class and adapting as needed.

We take our raiding as seriously as you would a recreational sports team that you play after work or class. It is not the end of the world if you dont make games (ie raids), but you need to be signing up ahead of time, and contacting officers when you are unable to make a raid that you have signed up for. Many of us have busy lives, and schedule our wow time around those lives. If you can not take wow that seriously, this is not the place for you.

Besides PVE raiding, we also spend some time participating in PVP. While this is not our focus, we try to spend at least a night a week to get the guild in on some battlegrounds, or random world PVP, to unwind from raiding and just have a good time. Several members participate in arena teams actively, while other just like to hop on with the team and steamroll a few battlegrounds.
